ChargebackIQ is a dispute intelligence system built from direct operational experience managing 15–25 chargeback cases daily across five payment processors at FundingPips. The platform provides full case lifecycle tracking — from initial dispute notification through evidence packaging, submission, and final outcome — with analytics layered on top to surface win rates, failure patterns, and processor performance trends.
The system is designed around the reality of high-volume dispute operations: fast case intake, structured evidence tracking, processor-specific response templates, and outcome analytics that inform future dispute strategy.
